Bioinformatics FAIR data management

SeBiMER is in charge of providing support to Ifremer research teams to manage bioinformatics data using FAIR principles. This work is achieved with additional support from our colleagues of SISMER running the French National Oceanographic Data Centre hosted at Ifremer, Plouzané, France.

To achieve that mission, we use a dedicated protocol relying on athENA FAIR data management procotol, developed by SeBiMER.

On June 2023, SeBiMER has provided support for more than 260 projects representing more than 60Tb of sequencing data.
