Galaxy platform

Galaxy is an open-source platform for FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) data analysis. It provides users with a graphical web interface to access various tools, run code in interactive environments, and ensure reproducibility by capturing the essential information required to repeat and understand data analyses.
SeBiMER operates a private Galaxy platform connected to the DATARMOR supercomputer. Only users with a DATARMOR account have access to the Ifremer Galaxy server. Periodically, we contribute to the development of certain Galaxy Training Network (GTN) pages.
