Use of DATARMOR supercomputer from the command-line

This is a command-line training course on the DATARMOR supercomputer for bioinformatics. The program comprises several sessions spread over several days: Linux command line basics; introduction to DATARMOR infrastructure; PBS Pro scheduler basics; bioinformatics job submission; Git/Gitlab for project management; softwares installation and use with Conda and Singularity; Nextflow pipelines installation and use.
